Fill your food into the feed chute so that it hits the cutting discs as vertically as possible.

Please pay attention to the capacity line of the container. Once the food approaches the
max line on the container, please stop the operation and pour out the food.

Don’t let the device work more than 3 minutes per use

Let the motor cool down for at least 30 minutes after each use before the next operation

If you want to insert ingredients with a stone, remove the stone firstly.
►
If you want to insert ingredients with a thick skin, remove the skin firstly.

Do not insert hard ingredients.
6 Cleaning and Maintenance
This chapter provides you with important notices with regard to cleaning and maintaining the
device. Please observe the notices to prevent damages due to cleaning the device incorrectly
and to ensure trouble-free operation.
6.1 Safety information
Attention
Please observe the following safety notices, before you commence with cleaning the device:

The device must be cleaned at regular intervals.
►
Pull out the mains plug before cleaning the device.
►
Do not use any aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents or solvents.
►
Do not scrape off stbborn dirt with hard items.
6.2 Cleaning
Before cleaning please remove the power cord from the socket.
Do not immerse the Motor block into water. Please only use a damp sponge to clean the
outside of the housing.
Components that have come into contact with food can be cleaned in soapy water. Allow the
parts to dry thoroughly before reassembling the device.
Do not use any abrasive detergents.

Be sure to unplug the device before cleaning. To protect against electrical shock do not
immerse cord, plug or device in water or liquid.
