Resetting the Camera to Its Initial
Factory Defaults
Use the follo w ing proced u re w hen yo u w ant to ret u rn to the
camera to its initial factory defa u lt settings, w hich are the ones
that are config u red w hen yo u first p u rchase the camera. See
“Men u Reference” on page 247 for the initial factory defa u lt
setting for each men u item.

Press [MENU].
2.
On the “Set Up” tab, select “Reset” and then
press [
X
].
3.
Use [
S
] and [
T
] to select “Reset” and then
press [SET].

To cancel the proced u re w itho u t resetting, select
“Cancel”.

The follo w ing are not initialized w hen yo u reset the camera
(page 249).
