FAN PREPARATION

Step 4.

 Remove the motor warning shield from the top of

the motor assembly.  Set aside for use later during the
installation.

Step 5a.

  Remove the motor shipping blocks by turning the

motor to the opening slot in the motor adaptor plate as
shown.

Step 5b.

 Use the provided screwdriver to turn screws

counterclockwise to loosen and remove. Repeat for all
shipping blocks. Discard shipping blocks and screws as they
will not be reused.

Step 5c.

 Remove shipping block warning label and discard.
