TROUBLE SHOOTING
No power
Check if the batteries are installed properly and if they still
have power. In case of USB Cable use, Please check and
make sure the adapter is properly plugged in to the electrical
outlet, and the plug is properly connected to the board.
Game will not
start after
pressing PLAY
button
If the Display of your device shows
“Looking Up Dartboard” for
more than 10 seconds, check the following:
Is the Dartboard switched on?
Is the wireless connection function on your device activated?
Is the distance between Dartboard and your device below 10m
and physically unobstructed?
Stuck
segment
During shipping or in the course of normal play, it is possible
for the scoring segments to become temporarily stuck. If such
a situation happens, all automated scoring functions will
cease. By gently removing the dart or by wiggling the segment
with your finger, you will be able to free the segment. The
game may then be resumed and scoring functions will be
back to normal.
Removing
broken tips
Soft-Tips may break and remain in the board. In this case, try
to pull them out gently with a pair of pliers. Note: the heavier
the dart, the higher the chance of bending or breaking tip. You
shall use the same kind of soft tips as those come with the
game. Never use longer tips for this game.They break or
crook more easily.
Power or
electro-
magnetic
interference
Should there be an electromagnetic interference, the
electronics of the dartboard may possibly show erratic
behavior or fail to continue working. (For example: a heavy
thunderstorm, a power line surge, a rolling brown out, or too
close proximity to an electrical motor or microwave.) To
restore the game to normal operation, take out the power
adaptor from the electrical outlet and the dartboard for 2
seconds.
Warranty void if dartboard has been opened/ dismantled.

Only use recommended adapter (see mounting instructions). Adapter is not a toy!
Avoid dartboard being subjected to extreme weather or temperature. Avoid
dartboard being subjected to liquid or excessive moisture. Clean dartboard with
damp cloth and/or mild detergent only.
