3.25 DST（Daylight saving time）

Daylight saving time is used for special regional daylight saving time. Setting daylight saving time does not
affect the display of local time. It is mainly used for adjusting the trigger time of schedule setting.When the
daylight saving time is set to 60 minutes, the timed action trigger time is -60 minutes
