Please check each item below if you have trouble with your vacuum.
Unplug the vacuum from the power supply before servicing.

Troubleshooting

Vacuum cleaner  

does not work.

1. Unplugged at wall outlet.

2.  Tripped circuit breaker/blown fuse 

at household service panel. 

3. Defective wall outlet.

4.   Main body, wand and floor brush 

connection

1.  Plug in firmly and push ON/OFF 

button.

2.  Reset circuit breaker or replace 

fuse.

3.  Check with an electrician to have 

outlet properly serviced.

4.  Assemble wand and floor brush 

correctly to main body.

Poor job of dirt

pickup.

1. Full or clogged dust cup.

2. Worn brushroll.

3.  Clogged floor brush.

4. Clogged wand.

5. Wand not inserted fully to body.

6.  Motor protection system 

activated.

7. Dirty filters.

1. Empty dust cup.

2. Replace brushroll.

3. Check for clogs.

4. Check for clogs.

5. Insert wand fully to body.

6. Check for clogs.

7.  Clean or replace as applicable.

Brushroll does not 

turn.

1.  Floor brush is off the floor or 

other surface.
