4 Cutter Blade Replacement
The Model 75 cutter blade has two alignment holes that capture two locating pins
protruding from the front of the blade holder assembly. One hole is round and the other
is oblong. The blade is held in place by two 4-
40 x 3/8” cap screws. The wire guide
bushing holder is designed such that it can be easily moved out of the way to facilitate
cutter blade replacement, and be returned to its original position without affecting the
cable centering. To replace the Model 75 cutter blade, proceed as follows. Refer to
Figure 3-8 for parts identification.
1. Make sure the Model 75 is powered up and in run mode.
2.
Select “2) BLADE CHANGE” from the Model 75 configuration menu.
– Process Options for more information
3. Remove the Lexan safety guard from the Model 75.
– Debris Tray Installation and Removal

Using the smaller hex key wrench supplied with the Model 75, verify that the “X”
locking screw is tight.

turn it clockwise until it stops. Do not force it beyond the point it stops at. Use
the small hex key wrench to make adjustments.
Note
: Make sure the “X”
adjustment is not moved while performing the following steps.
7.
Using the small hex key wrench, loosen the “X” locking screw.
