Combination dose

Pyxis MedStation 4000 System Console User Guide

Editing a combination dose

The following procedure explains how to update a combination dose.

1. Select

System Setup > Formulary Management > Combination Dose

In the Combination Dosage Meds dialog box, select or search for the
combination dose to update and click

Edit

2. In the View/Modify Combo Med dialog box, use the following, as applicable:

•

Add Item

—Add another item to the combination dose.

•

Edit Quantity

—Change the quantity of the selected item.

•

Remove Item

—Remove the item from the combination dose.

3. Click

Save

4. In the confirmation message, click

The Combination Dosage Meds dialog box appears.
