Batch reports

Pyxis MedStation 4000 System Console User Guide

Batch reports

The Batch Reports option is issued to generate routine reports automatically in
accordance with a selected schedule.

Adding a batch report

The following procedure explains how to create batch reports.

1. In the menu bar, select

Reports > Batch Reports

2. In the Batch Reports dialog box, click

Add

3. In the upper section of the Reports List dialog box, select the applicable

category.

4. In the corresponding list of reports, select the applicable report and click

Select

The dialog box for the selected report appears; the dialog box that you see
varies depending on the report that you selected. Note that the system defaults
each qualifier to All.

5. Select the applicable options and use the

Select

buttons to configure each

qualifier.

6. When you are finished customizing the report, click
