3. In the Patients – Display Patients Who Meet the Following Criteria dialog 

box, select the criteria by which you want to filter which patients appear.

The dialog box automatically refreshes to display the applicable patients as 
you continue to select criteria.

Patient billing reconciliation

This feature allows customers to associate temporary patient data with permanent 
patient data. The feature:

•

Requires users to have “System Administrator” privileges to associate 
temporary and permanent patient records.

•

Retains billing transactions for temporary patients for a configurable period of 
time.

•

Associates records of one or more temporary patients with a permanent 
patient.

In addition, the console also provides a means of producing a report that contains 
records of the financial transactions associated with patients whose records were 
merged. See
