1. The diamond grains are wear out and the metal
bonding is not sticking out. Check this by scratching
your nail at the edge of the blade. In case of a blunt
blade you feel polished surface. You can easily
solve this problem by making some cuts into an
abrasive stone material. A special grindstone is
available.
2. The power of the motor can go down by using
extension cables. The saw speed also goes down
and the blade becomes blunt. Do not use extension
cables longer than 30 meter. A minimum thickness
of 2,5 mm² is necessary. In case of using cable
drums these need to be unrolled completely.
3. The type of blade is not suitable for the material to
be sawn. You need a different kind of blade for
cutting concrete or hard stone and cutting abrasive
materials. Please contact the supplier for a
professional advice.
4. The direction of the rotation of the blade does not
correspond with the direction on the machine.
Depending on the time length of the incorrect use,
the direction of the blade must be changed or
contact the supplier for a professional advise.
5. The blade does not rotate centrically. By pushing
the blade into the material, the diamond textures will
break and the blade becomes blunt. When the
blade is worn out eccentric the manufacturer has
the possibility to make it centric again.
14. WARRANTY
As from the purchase date the W-3011 LASER has a warranty
period of 6 months. Damages caused by natural wear,
overpressure or unprofessional use are not included.
Only when returning a completely mounted machine,
guaranteed repairs can be qualified.
15. ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
It is desirable for the environment to reuse the machine, spare
parts and packages. Please observe the valid rules for current
rules for reusing or scrapping machines.
In case of deciding not to use the machine anymore when un-
repairable or obsolescence, it is obligated to make the
machine out of use, preventing it for creating dangerous
situations.
Because of continuing research and new developments, we
keep the right to change the technical specifications in this
manual.
