3. Connect 10pin connector of harness C1C-VW01 to the
female 10pin connector of the navigation unit.
4. Connect the corresponding control cable to the jack socket.
Additionally, the available Y-adapter (sold separately) may be
used to enable the connection of the IR-remote receiver of a
video source parallel to the interface itself. Connect this adapter
between the jack socket of the cable kit and the corresponding
control cable. A Video / Audio Cinch cable (sold separately) is
needed to connect the video source to the three Cinch sockets
of the interface.
5. Connect the blue cable from the harness to pin 26 of the 26pin
connector of the navigation unit. Connect the yellow cable to pin
13 of the 26pin connector. Connect the black cable to ground
(power connector pin 8) and the red cable to 12V battery (power
connector pin 7).
The green cable is for circuit-entering of Audi Navi Plus from year
1999 and MFD1 version A or B. Connect it to +12V (Power
connector pin 4).
6. Reconnect all original connectors to the navigation unit and re-
attach it to the center console.
