Once visual with the aerodrome the pilot will position for High Key: 

On some occasions the aircraft may be forced to position straight to Low Key in which
case the High Key call will be missed. 

If a PFL/Flameout/Engine Failure call is made direct to an Aerodrome Controller who
is not equipped with radar, then a heading will not be given, the aircraft shall be
instructed to join, passed aerodrome information if required and told to report High
Key from where the phraseology above shall be used.
