How SLEEP works
•
If Cooling, Heating or AUTO modes are active and this function is activated the temperature is raised/lowered by 1–2 °C for the first 2
hours and then maintains the temperature for 5 hours before shutting down completely. (Energy-Saver Mode)
•
You must restart the unit yourself when the unit has shut itself down using the SLEEP function.
Press the TURBO/SELF CLEAN button for less than 2 seconds to start the TURBO function, press the button
for more than 2 seconds to start the SELF CLEAN function.
TURBO
•
The turbo function forces the unit to achieve the set temperature in the shortest possible time. If the unit
is in cooling mode and TURBO is pressed the unit will blow cold air at the highest fan speed. If the unit is
in HEAT mode it will blow heated air.
SELF CLEAN
This function starts after COOL/DRY has been shut down to clean the indoor unit heat exchanger, keeping it
clean until the next time the unit is started. This prevents unpleasant odours.
The unit automatically operates in the following order:
Low fan speed
Heating at low fan speed
Low fan speed
Shut down
NOTE! This function only operates in Cool and Dry modes. Before activating the function it is recommended
that the unit be run in COOL mode for approximately 30 minutes.
•
When this function is activated the unit will not shut down immediately; instead it runs on for
approximately 10 minutes until the function is completed.
•
Once the function is activated all timer settings will be lost.
•
When the function is running and the self-clean button is pressed again on the remote control, this mode
is turned off automatically.

Press the button for less than 2 seconds to start the LED function, press the button for more than 2 seconds to
start the FOLLOW ME function.

Turns the indoor unit display on or off.
FOLLOW ME
•
When FOLLOW ME is activated the indoor temperature is measured by the sensor located in the remote
control. The current temperature is shown in the remote control display. The remote control sends signals
to the indoor unit every 3 minutes until you press the button again.
•
The FOLLOW ME function does not work in DRY and FAN modes.
•
If the heat pump is shut down or if MODE is changed the FOLLOW ME function is deactivated.
Remember that for this function to work, the remote control must be able to transmit information to the indoor
unit. It should therefore be in the same room within range of the remote control.

NOTE! This function can only be used when the heat pump is in Cooling, Heating or AUTO
modes.
• The
FRESH
function keeps the air free of dust, pollen and other particulate matter
using the IONIZER module.
