OPERATION
Note: Effective endoscope reprocessing can only be accomplished by a complete
and thorough manual precleaning process. This process must be completed prior
to the immersion of an endoscope in disinfectant solution using the automated
endoscope reprocessor.
The CER OPTIMA
®
Endoscope Reprocessing System will effectively reprocess immersible endoscopes available
from the different manufacturers. Endoscopes containing an elevator wire channel can be reprocessed in this
unit, but special care must be taken to ensure it is properly pre-cleaned, prior to disinfection. Always follows the
endoscope manufacturer’s reprocessing instructions.
