Replacing the Air Filter

Follow the procedure below when replacing the air filter.

1

Turn off the projector power and remove the power plug.

2

As you press the top and bottom
of the air filter cover to release
the lock, remove the cover.

3

Open the filter cover and remove
it.

4

Remove the air filter.

5

Follow this procedure in reverse
to install a new air filter.

• Handle the air filter carefully. If damaged, the air filter will not work properly.
• We recommend cleaning or replacing the air filter (part no: RS-FL02) when you replace

the lamp.

• Contact the Canon Customer Support Center for further information.
• Replacement air filter part number: RS-FL02
• This can also be purchased from the Canon website.
