Cause

Scanning print head alignment sheet failed.

What to Do

Press the printer's 

OK

 button and check the following.

• Make sure the print head alignment sheet is set in the correct position and orientation on the platen.
• Make sure the platen and the print head alignment sheet are not dirty.
• Load A4 or Letter-sized plain paper in the rear tray.
• Make sure that the print head nozzle is not clogged by printing the nozzle check pattern.

After checking the above, start auto print head alignment again.

If the error is still not resolved, press the printer's 

OK

 button to cancel the error, load A4 or Letter-sized

plain paper in the rear tray, and try manual print head alignment.
