If a Fixing Unit Error Is Displayed

 

1

 

Turn the printer off, then disconnect the cables from the 
printer. 

 

(1) Turn the printer off.

(2) If a USB cable is connected, turn the computer off, and then disconnect the 

USB cable from the printer.

(3) Unplug the power plug from the AC power outlet.

(4) Remove the ground wire from the ground terminal.

IMPORTANT

 

Do not turn on the printer again.

 

A fixing unit error is displayed. Do not turn on the printer after turning it off.
