Background printing may not be possible if there is not
sufficient free space available on the hard disk. Check
the amount of free space available on the hard disk. If the
hard disk is almost full, delete some unneeded files to
create more space on the hard disk.

• Checking the operating environment of the

• If you cannot delete files from the hard disk

in order to create more space, switch off
background printing.
