Check Point

Is a WPS printer driver installed?

If a WPS (Windows Printing System) printer driver is
installed, this could cause printing problems.

1 Click the Start button, point to Settings, and click

Printers.

2 If you see a WPS printer driver installed, click its

printer icon, then select Properties from the File
menu. On the Printer Properties dialog box, click the
Details tab, and check the port setting.

3 If the port selection for the WPS printer driver is the

same as the port for the S800 printer driver, change
the WPS printer driver port setting to FILE or delete
the WPS printer driver.
