Preventing the Red-Eye Reduction Lamp from 

Lighting Up

 Still Images 

 

Movies

You can deactivate the red-eye reduction lamp that lights up to reduce 

red-eye when the flash is used in low-light shots.

Access the [Flash Settings] screen.
