Insert the memory card.
z z Insert the memory card facing as shown
until it clicks into the locked position.
z z Make sure the memory card is facing the
right way when you insert it. Inserting
memory cards facing the wrong way may
damage the camera.

Close the cover.
z z Lower the cover ( ) and hold it down as
you slide it, until it clicks into the closed
position ( ).

one memory card, see “Specifications” ( = 333).
Removing the Battery and Memory Card
Remove the battery.
z z Open the cover and press the battery
lock in the direction of the arrow.
X X The battery will pop up.
Remove the memory card.
z z Push the memory card in until it clicks,
and then slowly release it.
X X The memory card will pop up.
