To submit an e-Tag limited warranty claim, select the type of claim from
the “Submit a New Warranty Claim for” Dropdown list shown below and
complete the required sections of the e-Tag limited warranty claim form.

A copy of the e-Tag limited warranty claim form and the service history of
the VarioPrint device should be returned with the original defective part(s)
to the address provided on the bottom of the e-Tag limited warranty claim
form. The service history log can be handwritten or computer generated
and must include the following:

Dealer Name

Machine Installation Date

Machine Serial Number

Part Number

Work Performed (Highlight Current Service Call)

Part Description

Date Part Was Removed

Machine Copy Count

Reason for Removal

For defective drums, ship the drum to the address provided on the bottom
of the e-Tag limited warranty claim form, accompanied by a copy of the e-
Tag limited warranty claim form, service history log of the device, a
“before” sample copy depicting the problem and an “after” sample copy
showing the problem has been resolved.

After authorization, part, drum and labor credits are posted on the

Canon

Network Access (CNA) website

on the following business day.
