Restricting Broadcasting

You can specfy whether or not to allow sendng the documents to multple recpents.
Sets whether to restrct sendng to multple destnatons when a fax destnaton s ncluded.

Press [Additional Functions].

] to select <SYSTEM SETTINGS>, then press [OK].

If the System Manager ID and System Password have been set, enter the System Manager ID and System 
Password usng the numerc keys, then press [Log In/Out (ID)].

] to select <RESTRICT TX FUNC>, then press [OK].

Press [

] or [

] to select <REST. MULTI DEST>, then press [OK].

Press [

] to select <OFF>, <PROHIBIT> or <CONFIRMATION>, then 

press [OK].

<OFF>: Allows sendng the documents to multple recpents.
<CONFIRMATION>:  The message appears after pressng [Start] to confrm whether or not to send 

documents to multple recpents. The message only appears when fax numbers 
are ncluded n the recpents.

<PROHIBIT>: Does not allow sendng the documents to multple recpents.
