Do I need to enter the address of the recipient every time?

A

You can register destinations in the Address Book. Registering destinations, such as fax numbers, in the Address Book saves you the effort
of entering the destination each time.

Storing from the Remote UI:

1. Click [Address Book]

→

select the address book to register.

2. Press [Register New Destionation]

→

select type of destination

→

enter necessary

items.

3. Press [OK].

Storing from the Touch Panel Display:

1. Press [Scan and Send] or [Fax]

→

[Address Book]

→

[Other Ops.].

2. Press [Register/Edit]

→

[Register New Dest.]

→

enter information. following the instructions on the touch panel display.

3. Press [OK].

You can also store frequently used destination as a one-touch button on the Scan and Send Basic Features screen or the Fax Basic Features
screen. When scanning or sending a fax, you can specify the destination using a one-touch button. For more information, see e-Manual >
