Symptom
Variation of image hues occurs when continuous output is being made.
Cause
The amount of toner charge in the developing assembly drastically changed due to the installation
environment change (temperature/humidity) or image density change, causing the problem.
Service work
If variation of hues occurs on plain paper, go to "a. Steps for plain paper."
If it occurs on "heavy paper" or "print" output, go to "b. Steps for heavy/print output."
a. Steps for plain paper
1. Execute "Full Adjust" in Settings/Registration > Adjustment/Maintenance > Adjust Image Quality > Auto
Adjust Gradation.
2. Select paper source and then press "OK." Then, output and read the test print according to the message
on the screen, and then perform Full Adjust.
