Printing from a Computer
Print documents created on your computer with the machine.
The following example describes the procedure for printing a
document, created using Microsoft Office Word 2007:

Open the Word document you want to print
→
click
[File]
→
[Print].

Select the printer you use for [Name].

[Properties].

Click the [Device Settings] tab
→
[Get Device
Status].

[OK].
The printer environment settings are now specified.
