Training
A. Overview
The imageRUNNER 2020 Series eLearning Course has been developed to
provide the technician with the knowledge required for installing, upgrading,
servicing, and maintaining imageRUNNER 2020 Series units in the field. This
eLearning course will provide a complete understanding of the
imageRUNNER 2020 Series.
This course will focus on basic features and functions, functional systems,
accessories, disassembly and component identification, servicing procedures,
and troubleshooting tips.

C. Who Should Attend
Technicians who are required to install, service, or support imageRUNNER
2020 Series machines should attend.
Note:
The Systems & Technical Support Division will be limiting
imageRUNNER 2016/2020 Series live phone based technical support to
those technicians who have successfully completed or who are enrolled in the
training program. Self-Service Support (software downloads, knowledgebase,
support forums, technical publications) will continue to be available through
our e-Support Center for all Technicians and Systems Engineers (refer to the
Technical Support section for entitlement details).

This eLearning course can be conducted at any Dealer facility that is suitable
for student learning. The imageRUNNER 2020 Series eLearning Course can
