Installing the Software
This section describes instructions for installing the printer driver and the Canon
Driver Information Assist Service, and for uninstalling the printer driver.
Installing the Printer Driver
Before using the printer, you must install the UFR II printer driver for it.
Refer to the figure below in order to decide which procedure to use and read the
corresponding pages in this manual.
IMPORTANT
For Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003, log on as the Administrator when you install the
driver.
With the Installer
