D. Who Should Attend

It is required that any technician responsible for installing, servicing, or

supporting the imagePRESS Lite C170 / C165 machines successfully complete

the blended training course and pass the final assessment exam.

Note:

Our current support policy dictates that only those technicians who have

completed the training program and pass the final assessment exam are

entitled to live, phone-based support through our TSC (Technical Support

Center). However, self-service support (software downloads, knowledgebase

articles, support forums, technical publications) is available through our

e-Support Center Website

for all technicians. (Refer to the Technical Support

section on the e-Support Center Website for entitlement details.)

E. uniFLOW Online and uniFLOW Online Express Training Courses

Note:

Service technicians who complete the uniFLOW Online or uniFLOW

Online Express Training are entitled to live, phone-based support through the

Canon USA TSC.

1. uniFLOW Online

The uniFLOW Online eLearning course will prepare technicians with the

knowledge required to set up and configure uniFLOW Online in the field.

Note:

uniFLOW Online training provides certification for uniFLOW Online

and uniFLOW Online Express.
