Display the Black Mode Shortcut Key

You can set to display a shortcut key to the Black mode next to the colour selection drop-down 
list displayed on the Copy Basic Features screen, Scan screen of the Mail Box function, and the 
Print screen.

Select [On] or [Off]

Inch Entry

Specifying this setting ensures that the key for entering values in inches is displayed on the 
various numeric entry screens.

NOTE

 

Even if Inch Entry is set to 'On', you still have the option to enter measurements in millimetres by 
pressing [mm] on the various numeric entry screens.
