User interface board

The user interface board (UIB) provides the interface between the imagePRESS Server and 
the user. The front of the UIB contains circuitry for the following:

• Activity light LEDs

• Display  window  (LCD)

• Four line selection buttons

• Up and down buttons

• Menu button

The UIB cable routes from the connector on the back of the user interface board to the 
designated USB connector on the motherboard (see 

Figure 16 on page 57

 and 

Figure 26 on 

page 76

).
