Deleting Messages

Press [Menu].

] to select <MSG REGISTRATION>, then press [Start].

] to select the type of message you want to delete, then press [Start].
The LCD displays <PLAY>.

] to select <DELETE>, then press [Start].

Press [Stop].
The fax returns to standby mode.
Playing Telephone Messages
Telephone messages will be played back in order from the oldest message recorded. If a voice
memo has been recorded, it will be played back first.

Press [Play].
The day and time when the telephone message was recorded, the number of telephone
messages and the number of the message being played (ICM No.) are displayed whenever a
message is played.
Follow the procedures below to delete all messages.

Press [Delete]. The LCD displays <YES=( ) NO=(#)>.

Press [ ] to delete all messages.

A voice memo is not deleted (see page 42).

If you decide not to delete all messages, press [#].

You cannot delete the <OUTGOING MESSAGE>. The old outgoing message will be automatically
deleted when you record your new message.

Press [ ] to listen to the message again. (Repeat)

Press [ ] to play the next message. (Skip)

Press [ ] twice to play the previous message.

Press [Stop] to stop playback.

Press [Delete] during playback to delete a message.

] to change the volume.
