], the Auto Lighting Optimizer (p.140) is automatically set to

] and the setting cannot be changed. When [
Highlight tone
priority
] is set to [
Disable
], the Auto Lighting Optimizer will revert to its
original setting.

], image noise (graininess and banding, etc.) may increase
slightly more than with [
Disable
].

Enable
], the settable range will be ISO 200 - ISO 12800 (up to ISO
6400 for movies). Also, the <

> icon will be displayed in the viewfinder
and on the LCD panel when highlight tone priority is enabled.
