Print Results Are Unsatisfactory
If the print results are not what you expect, confirm the following points.

Random, Bizarre Characters Are Printing

Solution
A USB cable is disconnected.
Check a USB cable and make sure that it is
connected to the printer and the computer.
The CX 350 printer driver is not selected
on the computer.
Make sure that the CX 350 Printer is selected when
you start the print job.
Check Point
Solution
Streaks appear on the printout.
If you are using the printer at low temperature, open
the Utility sheet in the printer driver then select the
Low Temperature Print Mode under the Special
Settings item.
White spots due to missing colors.
Open the Utility sheet of the printer driver and
perform printhead cleaning.
If normal cleaning does not solve the problem, then
perform deep cleaning.
If deep cleaning fails to solve the problem, contact
the dealer where you purchased the printer or
contact the nearest service center.
Printout is faint.
Do the procedures for the two check points above,
“Streaks appear on the printout” or “White spots due
to missing colors.”
