Connecting the Camera Head
1.
Turn the camera rotator clockwise so the IP controller is on top.
2.
Connect the head interface cable to the IP controller’s HEAD terminal (1).

Connect a LAN cable to the IP controller’s
(Ethernet) terminal (2).
4.
Connect a power cable to the DC coupler connected to the main capture camera (3).
Connecting the Main Capture Camera
For details about connections to the main capture camera, refer to the instruction manual of the camera used.
1.
Connect the supplied USB Type C cable, compatible with the main capture camera, to the IP
controller’s CAMERA1 terminal and to the main capture camera (4).
2.
Connect the supplied LAN cable to the IP controller’s CAMERA2 terminal and to the main capture
camera (5).
3.
Connect the supplied N3 cable to the IP controller’s (N3 Remote) terminal and to the remote
control terminal on the main capture camera (6).
When connecting the N3 cable’s right angle connector to the (N3 Remote) terminal, make sure the
connector and cable are oriented in the direction of the main capture camera.
Connecting the Wide View Camera and Eyepiece Camera
When using a wide view camera and/or eyepiece camera, connect them to the IP controller. For details about these
cameras, refer to their respective instruction manuals.
1.
Connect the wide view camera’s USB cable to the IP controller’s VIEW CAMERA terminal (7).
2.
Connect the eyepiece camera’s USB cable to the IP controller’s EYEPIECE CAMERA terminal (8).
Organizing/Tidying Up the Cables
1.
Gather all the cables running near the cable clamp’s fastener and tie them using the fastener.
2.
Gather other cables as necessary and bundle them using cable ties or other means.
3.
Verify that safety wires do not hinder the operation of any gears and other moving parts.
4.
Turn the camera rotator and verify that no cables hinder the operation of other parts.
