Attaching an Optional Eyepiece Camera
1.
Loosen the eyepiece camera bracket’s hex head bolts (M3, x4) but not too much.
Loosening the hex head bolts too much may damage the bolts’ anti-slip safety stoppers.
2.
Configure the eyepiece camera and adjust its focus as
necessary.
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions to complete all the
necessary settings and adjust the focus for a distant subject
distance (approx. 10 m (32.8 ft.)).
If the focus shifts easily, use adhesive tape around the lens as
shown in the illustration to physically secure it in place.
3.
Turn the camera rotator counter-clockwise so the main capture camera is on top.
4.
Attach the eyepiece camera to the eyepiece camera bracket
and secure it in place using hex head bolts (M2, x2).
5.
Remove the lens cap from the eyepiece camera.
6.
Detach the eyecup from the viewfinder of the main capture
camera.
7.
Insert the eyepiece camera bracket into the guides on the
main capture camera’s viewfinder.
8.
Push the eyepiece bracket’s metal fixture toward the
camera. Then, while pressing the fixture upwards, secure it
using hex head bolts on both sides of the camera (M3, x2).
