D. Warranty Conditions
1. CLC 5100/4000 Limited Warranty:

2. CLC 5100/4000 Drum Unit Limited Warranty:
Full Credit:
1,000 copies or 30 days from the date of original
purchase, whichever comes first.
Prorated credit:
50,000 copies or 120 days from the date of original
purchase, whichever comes first.
3. ColorPASS Series Limited Warranty
For detailed warranty information for the ColorPASS-Z6000 and
ColorPASS-Z7000, please refer to the limited warranty located in the
Appendix of this Service Guide.
E. Warranty Administration Reduction Program (WARP)
Dealers purchasing a CLC 5100/4000 will receive WARP credit during the
month following their purchase. The credit will cover the dealer’s cost for
defective parts with a dealer cost under $300 replaced during the term of the
warranty. Defective parts with a dealer cost over $300 that are replaced
during the term of the warranty should be returned along with all applicable
documentation to Canon U.S.A. for processing. The e-Tag procedure is
available on the e-Support website and is required for all parts and drum
returns. Canon's Regional Service Managers can answer questions
regarding this program.
