II. Troubleshooting (LED Indicates Red Flashing)
LED indicator: (Red and green flashing)
If the first warm-up after starting the machine can not be completed in 180 seconds, the
system is malfunctioning.
Description of Malfunction Component Malfunction
CAM does cannot return to home position
in 1.8 seconds (LED flashes red twice)
CAM micro switch, photo sensor PHC,
and/or CAM driving motor MC
LED flashes red 3 times and green 1 time Center bottom temperature system (H1)
LED flashes red 3 times and green 2 times Left bottom temperature system (H2)
LED flashes red 3 times and green 3 times Right bottom temperature system (H3)
LED flashes red 3 times and green 4 times Top left temperature system (H4)
LED flashes red 3 times and green 5 times Top right temperature system (H5)
LED flashes red 4 times MP motor or Compressor assembly set
START buttons unresponsive Photo protectors
LED indicator: (Red flashing)
When the LED indicator is flashing red only, please note the following:
(1) The START buttons will not be functional.
(2) The five sets of heaters will be turned off.
(3) Tape forward button and tape reverse button will still be functional.
(4) Three testing modes of KMP, KMH, KCX will be functional for troubleshooting
the CAM system.
