The Systems Support Division (SSD) has been established
specifically to support the dealer in the connectivity and system
network areas. SSD is the connectivity answer source for Canon
ISG Dealers.
The Systems Support Division Technical Support Center will
provide software support for the imageRUNNER 550/600 to
dealers. The Technical Support Center telephone
number is; 1-800-528-2830, the hours are 9 AM to 6
PM (EST). The Technical Support Center may cover areas
such as:

Internet / World Wide Web Access
The Canon Website is at http://www.usa.canon.com. Along with
the latest product information, dealers will have access to the
Software Center. The Center provides a wide range of specific
product documentation, printer drivers, utilities, and detailed technical
bulletins that are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Multi-Line Bulletin Board Systems
Allows multiple user access, upload or download the latest printer
driver and utilities, as well as technical information via your
computer. Call 1-516-328-5898. The modem setting is 8/N/1, up to
28,800-baud rate and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Automatic Document Retrieval Systems (Fax Back On Demand)
A Fax Back (Automatic Document Retrieval System) System is an
automated way for customers to obtain information directly from a
company. The customer calls an automated telephone system,
makes menu choices as to the information they want, and inputs
their fax number. The requested information is then faxed to the
customer. This alternate avenue of support can provide vital
information (such as product specifications and answers to
common technical questions) automatically received via fax or by
calling 1-516-328-4282. Fax Back on Demand is available 24
hours a day, 7 days a week.
