7 Commissioning

7.2.4 Diagnosis via terminal mode

CAN diagnostics is possible via the terminal function of DATAEAGLE Wizard.

The following steps are necessary for this.

In the DATAEAGLE Wizard, use the ”Tools” menu to select ”Terminalmode”.

A new window opens. Check the COM port and select ”Connect”.

Press the ”Esc” key on the PC keyboard. The diagnostic information appears in
the terminal window.
