Drive Shaft Boot/Protector
Inspection
Visually inspect drive shaft protectors
and boots conditions. Check protec-
tors for damage or rubbing against
shafts. Check boots for cracks, tears,
leaking grease etc. Repair or replace
damaged parts as necessary.

Wheel
Occasionally, wheel nuts should be re-
moved to apply antiseize lubricant on
studs to ease future removal. This is
particularly important when vehicle is
used in salt-water environment or in
mud. Remove one nut at a time, lu-
bricate then retorque.
Wheel Bearing Condition
Push and pull the wheels from the
upper edge to feel the play. See an
authorized Can-Am distributor/dealer if
there is any play.
