Using a Combustion Analyzer

43

•  

Turn on the burner and let it run for 5 minutes.

•  

Insert your combustion analyzer probe into the flue stack hole.

•  

Adjust air settings on burner until you have an  (Oxygen) reading between 3% to 4%.

•  

Check to ensure that your CO (Carbon Monoxide) levels are no higher than 0-50 PPM.

•  

Start up complete.

While the flue-stack is cold, pre-

drill a 1/4” hole in the flue

-

stack 18” above the 

heater flue collar.
