VALUE HISTOGRAM
FUNCTION
Processes input data as either a standard
histogram (frequency distribution) or a weighted
value histogram.
The standard histogram outputs the fraction of
time that the value in a specified input location
(defined as the bin select value) is within a
particular subrange of the total specified range.
The count in the bin associated with each
subrange is incremented whenever the value
falls within that subrange. The value which is
output to Final Storage for each bin is computed
by dividing the accumulated total in each bin by
