FOR FULL SLIDING DOOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

Installing the Sill

•

Feed sill plate bolts into the slot on the bottom of the sill plate

•

Line bolts up with slots in the front edge of the floor and set sill in place

•

Adjust so that it is flush with the front edge of the floor and / or toe guard and tight to the

closing side wall

•

Attach from below using the supplied nuts

Cab Door Operator

•

Attach the L brackets which will hold the operator in place on top of the cab to the back of

the operator using the provided allen-key bolts

•

The brackets should be attached using the second set of holes from each end

NOTE:

For 96-inch cab with a header, the operator mounting brackets allow the operator to

hang down in front of the cab

•

Place the operator on the top of your cab and slide over tight to the closing side, it should

line up with the ceilings edge and the ceiling face

Cab Door Panels

NOTE:

The fast door installs towards the closing side in the front track (towards landing) of the sill

plate and the slow door towards the opening side in the back track (towards cab) of the sill plate

•

Install the slow door first

•

Slide the top of the door into the appropriate door bracket on the operator

•

Lift the door and fasten with the Allen-keyed bolts and eccentric washers (

see image below

)

•

Adjust the doors by using the supplied tool so that the door is square to the cab walls and there

is a 3/16 to ¼ inch gap between the bottom of the door and the sill

•

Slide the bottom guides into place and tighten with the supplied hardware (

see image below

)

•

Check the door is plumb, shim between the bottom guides and the door as required

•

Repeat above procedures with the fast door
