Connecting Power Cable 

 

Caution 

Before connecting the power supply to the PTP 820G unit, you must verify that the 
positive pole in the external power supply is grounded! Power supply grounding must 
be in according with the following figure:

PTP 820G utilizes two power interface for power redundancy. A power cable connector is included 
with the PTP 820G unit. 

To connect a power cable to the PTP 820G: 

1  Expose the wires of the power cable. 

2  Loosen the top two screws on the connector. 

3  Verify that the wiring is according to the correct polarity.
