Operation Via Host Console

LINKING OF HOST TRANSMISSION FADERS AND REMOTE FADERS

PairingTXandRemoteFaders

Inordertokeepthetransmissionfaderandtheremotefaderinstep,
thetransmissionfaderthatiscontrollingthebroadcastchannel(the
hostTXfader)canbepairedtocontrolacorrespondingfaderona
RP1unit(theRP1fader)viathe‘Remotefader’.Thisisconfigured
fromthehost.

Thethreefadersarethenconsideredasbeingthesamefader.This
istoensurethattheRP1faderfollowsthesettingofthehostTX
faderviatheremotefader.

Usingthefadersetupscreen,theusercan‘Pair’aRemotefaderand
hostfadertogether.(Itisuptotheusertochooseahostfaderthatis
aTXfader).ThesewillthenoperatelikeaLink,wheremovingeither
fadermovesthembothbythesameamount,butnoteitonlypairsthe
fadersandcut/onswitches

.

Pairing and Unpairing Procedures:

Operate>Fader Setup

andclickontherequiredTXfader,the

‘SelectAction’pop-upappearsasshowninthestartpairingimage
aboveright.

Clickon‘Pair’thenselecttheremotefaderthattheTXfaderisto
