Status Bar
The ventilator screens, including the Home screen, each have a status bar at the top of the screen.
The contents of the status bar will change somewhat depending on the screen.
On the Home screen, the status bar includes ventilator and battery statuses.
Home Screen - Status Bar
Hardware Setup Notification
The Home screen includes brief, general instructions for verification of the hardware setup. The
instruction reads:

Verify the breathing circuit hardware and filter to ensure that the correct items are in use and
properly installed. Refer to the
Setup section for instructions.
Test Buttons
The Self Test button and Breathing Circuit Characterization Test button access tests that need to
be run prior to using the ventilator. If either test fails, a Failed Test notification is displayed on screen.
The button associated with the failed test will be available for selection so that the test can be run
again. Prior to rerunning the Breathing Circuit Characterization Test, ensure the breathing circuit
hardware is correctly connected to the ventilator.
Refer to the Tests Screens section for a description of all of the tests and to view their associated
screens.
Tap No to cancel the self test or tap Yes to proceed with the test.
When Yes is selected a popup appears requesting confirmation that no patient is connected to the
ventilator.
