 warranty procedure, defective product should be 

returned only with prior authorization from Cactus Technologies

following information: product model number and description, nature of defect, conditions of 
use, proof of purchase and purchase date. If approved, Cactus Technologies

 will issue a 

Return Material Authorization or Product Repair Authorization number. Ship the defective
