Solution

Switch printer off, then on again.

If error reoccurs, contact Service.

Make sure you are using the RTS/

CTS protocol to send data.

Replace the card.

Switch printer off, remove media

from the cutter and turn the printer

on.  If the error message continues,

contact Service.  Otherwise, check

the thickness of the media and

replace if necessary.

Switch printer off and check the

media in the cutter area for

possible double layering or folding.

Start a test cut by pressing the

 key. If the error reoccurs,

replace the media.

Switch printer off, then on again.

If error reoccurs, contact Service.

Switch printer off, then on again.
